Read this page carefully and make sure you select the correct application.
The Dream Project Scholarship Application asks you to provide your personal and academic information, a personal statement sharing your story as an immigrant, short paragraphs on your community involvement, among other things. The application portal DOES NOT SAVE YOUR PROGRESS, or incomplete applications—make sure you have everything before starting. The last day to submit your application is February 1st.
We recommend that you prepare your answers to the following questions before getting started, since they will take longer to answer:
You will also need the following documents:
You may also provide the following extra documents to strengthen your application:
All documents must be in one of the following formats: PDF (preferred), PNG, JPEG or JPG.

Once you have gathered all of the above, select the application most relevant to you:
When is the deadline?
Does the Dream Portal save my progress?
No, this is why we recommend that you have all the documents prior to starting the application. You may start and leave as many times as you like, but once you leave your progress is not saved.
Can I mail in my application/Is there a different way to apply?
We are changing this year's system because it will help us process application faster. Because of this, an application may only be submitted using this online portal.
My documents are not in the accepted formats, what do I do?
If you have documents that are in a file that is not accepted, please find a way to convert it—a quick Google search will show you how. Submitting files as PDFs is preferred because it assures that the file is seen as intedended.
I applied but did not receive a confirmation email!
If your application went through and you did not receive any confirmation, please reach out and I will take a look.
Am I eligible as a High School Junior?
No, but we look forward to seeing your application next year!
Am I eligible as a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (Greencard Holder)?
We prioritize applications from students with immigration statuses that create barriers to accessing a college education, we do not recommend you apply if you have a green card or are a U.S. Citizen.
